In response to the first comment, the days of the "nurses' home" where those training and working in the hospital were expected to live are long gone so it wouldn't be a surprise that these homes have not been in use recently. I would imagine that they simply need upgrading to meet 21st century standards and to make them more suitable for communal living. I applaud Local Government and businesses for their actions which will probably help with recruitment and retention of much needed staff, especially those willing to relocate within the country and from overseas to come to our community's aid at a time of crisis. What I would like to know is why has SaTH allowed these house to deteriorate to the state that they need to renovated? Yet another example of their mismanagement of our health provision in Telford.
