We believe that Option 2 is better for everybody in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and mid Wales. 

But no matter how you completed the consultation it is important that you did, as it’s the best way to have your say.

With just a few days left, we hope you’ll encourage friends and family to have their say too.

You can either encourage people to complete the consultation online by visiting the Future Fit website before midnight on 11 September.

You can also download a copies for printing to share with people you know. They can then use the FREEPOST address on the back of the form.

Finally you can share our latest campaign video on Facebook. Be sure to leave your own comment about why you believe people should take part in the consultation.

JHOSC suvey into how consultation has been carried out

The JHOSC (Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee) is a committee of councillors from both Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Councils who scrutinise the local health service.

As part of their role, they will be looking into how the consultation has been carried out. 

Whether you’ve just completed the survey, attended a Future Fit event or both, they would like to hear from you.
